Bookings, T&Cs

We are open from 11th April until 30th September.  Booking is essential for Whitsun week, and for the last two weeks of June through to the end of August.  Please  complete our online Booking Enquiry Form or telephone us to check for availability.

If you would like your luggage transported from St Martin's Quay to the campsite, for the scheduled St. Martin's boats, (10:35 departure & 12:30 arrivals) please give us at least 24 hours notice (£12.00 return).

Deposit
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required non-refundable deposit  -  35% of your camping fees.  We accept payment by BACS, Debit & Credit Cards and Cash. (We no longer except cheques) 
Deposits are non-refundable.

Please note:
Your booking is not secure until we have received your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Bookings are NOT transferable to future years.
If your booking is for 3 nights or less, please pay the full amount, in the event of you cancelling this payment is non-refundable.

Dogs
We do not take dogs, (there may occasionally be dogs visiting the site including our dog Peggi).

Sundays
Please note we do not accept bookings with arrival or departure on Sundays.

Amendments/Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you have to amend or cancel your booking:  please be aware, you will still be liable for the full balance owed for the original number of people and nights booked;
Unless we are able to re-let the total of the cancellation (in which case you will only forfeit your deposit, or the 3 night or less payment).

We recommend that you take out travel insurance and please ensure that it covers all forms of cancellation or delay, especially due to weather and illness. 

Customer cancellations or delays, whatever the reason, are not the responsibility of St. Martin's Campsite.
